A New Pro Joins The Team To Scale Our Engineering Efforts

Customer obsession is one of our core values since our inception and we live by it. The customer is in the center of our decision-making process and we do not stop at anything to achieve customer excellence. And to ensure we do our best to achieve it, we are excited to announce the appointment of Sanjay Goel as our new VP Engineering. He will be driving the technology success, through a people-first perspective, in-line with MoEngage’s growth plans in the coming years.
Sanjay is an alumnus of IIT Delhi and is a veteran with close to 20 years of experience in building and managing microservices at scale. Prior to joining MoEngage, Sanjay was VP Engineering with flight and hotel booking OTA ClearTrip leading various innovations around customer experience. He has founded and run multiple startups in the past and excels at building delivery-driven engineering teams with a passion for excellence.
Sanjay’s role is going to help us deliver great products to our customers. Sanjay’s experience would come in handy when we are working on some ambitious projects that are being built for our global audience at a very high scale. His proven track record of building teams and handling customer processes and his focus on customer experience make him an excellent addition to our team.
We are confident that Sanjay is the right fit for our culture, where we prioritize delivery of great customer experience with the help of solid tech and a top-class team working on the product. We have an exciting roadmap on the products that we want to build and I am happy that we have Sanjay playing a key role in this journey.
