Say Hello to Our VP of People and Culture

2021 has seen record growth for MoEngage across business achievements, product portfolio, global adoption, and recognition. We also grew across geographies and are a 400-member strong team.

As we continue our journey towards building the world’s most trusted customer engagement platform, I am glad to welcome Veena Satish as the Vice President of People and Culture.

Before joining MoEngage, Veena was the Director of Human Resources at Walmart for over six years. During this time, she has contributed to Walmart’s growth from a team of 500 to 7000 member workforce. She brings expertise in implementing a transformational talent plan, which includes engaging, developing, and retaining the very best talent, providing proactive and strategic guidance for organizational planning and development initiatives at scale. Before Walmart, Veena has worked in leadership roles with the Human Resource functions at Bloom Energy and Cisco, ushering in HR transformation and strategy alignment with successful business results.
