Identifying the Challenge

The team at Rain has been constantly working to upgrade its Martech stack. While they were previously working with a CRM, Rain faced major challenges in sending communication across different channels like e-mails, in-app notifications and SMS. Additionally, being a crypto investment brand required additional due diligence, where they faced many hurdles.

The Solution: Insights-led Engagement

At the same time, Rain started utilizing MoEngage to track top of the funnel numbers such as active users and sessions generated.

Another insight that the team was able to analyze was customers transacting thrice a month had more retention as compared to other customers. Based on this, Rain was able to create customer-centric campaigns to drive more retention.

The Results

Through MoEngage’s insight-led engagement platform, Rain identified their AHA moment in terms of customers doing three transactions or more had higher retention potential. As a result, the brand was able to double its retention metrics and drive engagement.
