Matt Monks has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Matt is currently working at mParticle as the Vice President, of International Customer Success. Prior to this, they served as the Director and Manager of EMEA Customer Success at mParticle from October 2020 to April 2022 and from January 2019 to October 2020, respectively. Matt started their journey at mParticle as a Customer Success Engineer in October 2017 and worked until January 2019. Before joining mParticle, Matt Monks worked as the Head of Sales Engineering for EMEA at Neumob from November 2016 to October 2017. Matt also gained experience at Localytics, where they held the positions of Senior Sales Engineer from February 2016 to November 2016 and Sales Engineer from January 2015 to February 2016.
