With the MoEngage and Freshdesk integration you can automate the creation of support tickets in Freshdesk within MoEngage flows and campaigns:
The integration can be implemented in two ways:
- Native Integration: you can use MoEngage connector campaigns to generate support tickets using Freshdesk APIs.
- Zapier Integration:
- You can create or update MoEngage user profiles whenever a new contact is created in Freshdesk.
- You can add or remove users from specific cohorts (segments) when a ticket’s status is updated.
