Recently, our partner Amplitude hosted their flagship event, Amplify 2022, wherein thousands of leaders from the marketing and product community joined in-person and online.

Team MoEngage flew to Las Vegas to attend the event and network with industry peers. The event was a remarkable success, with people gaining insights and learning new strategies to rapidly impact their business and customers.
For us in particular, it was an opportunity for a lot of learning, catching up with our partners and customers, and endless conversations.
MoEngage, Amplitude, and S’More = Better Together
In addition to the amazing sessions that were hosted at Amplify, Kshitij Hastu, Regional Vice President for North America at MoEngage spoke about how to make customers fall in love with your brand through personalized experiences. He was joined by Sneha Ramachandran, Head of Operations at S’More.
In the session, Kshitij and Sneha spoke about the importance of creating seamless experiences at every stage of the customer lifecycle journey, from onboarding customers through multi-channel campaigns to engaging them with optimized and personalized experiences to re-engaging inactive customers.
Kshitij further elaborated on how the Amplitude and MoEngage partnership empowers brands to understand customer behaviors better, deliver personalization, and measure campaign results in real-time. Sneha demonstrated this by sharing how S’More, an anti-superficial dating and relationships app, increased its onboarding completion rate to 85% with the help of MoEngage and Amplitude. And that’s not all; S’More also experienced a 65% uplift in the app engagement time, amongst other key improvements.
