Swvl is a provider of tech-enabled mass transit solutions, offering intercity, intracity, B2B and B2G transportation products and services. Swvl operates in 135 cities in 20 countries across Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

This is where MoEngage as an insights-led platform is helping SWVL in. Using MoEngage, the mass transportation brand has been able to automate its communication based on the customer journey and lifecycle stage.
Being present in 16 different countries, with varied languages, the brand wanted to ensure they are able to communicate with every customer.
