Prerequisites
Unlike Email and Push, Web Personalization renders on your own website, so the MoEngage Web SDK must be live on the pages you want to personalize. Ensure the following:- A recommendation (product set) is set up and mapped to a user action. Refer to Map User Actions Settings.
- The MoEngage Web SDK is installed on every page you plan to personalize. You verify this during setup with Verify SDK setup.
- The element you personalize is present on every page that matches your URL criteria. If the element is missing on a page, MoEngage does not show the personalization to the user on that page.
